A New Chapter for ESLD — From Vienna to Our Next Scientific Exchange.

Meet the New ESLD Board

During the ESLD Ordinary General Meeting held alongside the EADV Congress in Vienna on 30 September 2026, the Society elected its new Board.

We are pleased to introduce the team who will guide ESLD's activities and continue advancing its mission of promoting excellence in laser and energy-based device dermatology.

ESLD Board

• President: Dr. Albert Wolkerstorfer — The Netherlands
• Past President: Prof. Ashraf Badawi — Egypt
• Vice-President: Dr. Johan Snauwaert — Belgium
• Secretary General: Dr. Ahmed Sadek — Egypt
• Treasurer: Dr. Mara Mihai — Romania

We warmly congratulate the elected Board members and thank them for their commitment to the Society.

Together with the Executive Committee, they will continue supporting scientific education, international collaboration and knowledge sharing within the ESLD community.
