We are writing to inform you that a short Extraordinary General Meeting will be held on Thursday, January 8th at 5:45 PM CET, just before the ESLD Thursday session.

Agenda:

• Vote on the new address of ESLD.

This is a formal procedure required to comply with French fiscal authorities. Although it is a single-item agenda, your participation is important.

You can join the EGM using the same link as for the ESLD Thursday session.

Log in to the ESLD member area to find the Zoom link and join the EGM before the ESLD Thursday.

The link will be opened slightly earlier to allow members who wish to attend the EGM to connect.
