Dr. Susanna MARINI
Dr. Susanna Marini graduated from Queen’s University Belfast in 2020. Following her graduation, she undertook clinical training at the University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff, where she gained comprehensive experience across multiple medical specialties, including General Surgery, Geriatrics, and Internal Medicine. During this period, she also had the opportunity to refine advanced dermatological techniques under the mentorship of Dr. Richard Motley, a globally renowned expert in Mohs micrographic surgery.
She subsequently advanced her training at the Dermatology Department of Sourasky Medical Centre in Tel Aviv, working under the supervision of Professor Eli Sprecher and Dr. Yossi Alkalay—an internationally recognized leader in Mohs surgery for skin cancer treatment. It was here that she developed a keen interest in laser and energy-based devices, exploring their clinical applications in dermatology and aesthetic medicine. This interest was further cultivated through specialized training courses organized by the European Society for Laser Dermatology (ESLD) and the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology (EADV).
Dr. Marini has presented her work at numerous international conferences as an invited speaker and is actively involved in academic research, with several publications in national and international scientific journals. She is currently pursuing a three-year Master’s degree in Skin Ageing and Aesthetic Medicine at the University of Manchester (UK), where she is deepening her expertise in the latest non-invasive rejuvenation strategies and preventive approaches.
She currently practices at the Skin Doctors' Center in Trieste, where she specializes in aesthetic medicine, regenerative medicine, and laser and energy-based treatments.
